Elizabeth "Tish" Pacini is a Full-time Broker/Owner Realtor® serving Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire with her company, Black Door Realty Group.
Licensed since 1999, Tish works with both Sellers & Buyers, is a consummate professional and a proven leader. She has managed a sales force of dozens of Sales Associates and has managed the closing of over 4,000 new home sales worth $1.92 billion dollars.
At one point, she set a sales record personally selling 148 homes in one year.
Involved in Sales and Marketing of real estate for over 20 years, she has worked with a diverse group of clients serving first-time home buyers, move-up buyers and empty-nesters.
Tish is very passionate about achieving the best results and getting the job done for her clients and making the process as smooth as possible.

When I’m not at Work: "When I am not on the job you can find me doing a number of things including enjoying our family and friends. Relaxing by the pool or in the garden. Enjoying good music and a good dance. Reading, gardening or cooking and entertaining for my friends and family is always my favorite.
I relish a good laugh and like making people comfortable, I'm easy going with a zeal for the fun aspects of life. Embracing our local community, including our neighbors and local town events, and contributing my time and knowledge is so rewarding, I am truly blessed."
